ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY PINE COMBINATION DOORS

This warranty extends only to builders and consumers of Pine Combination Doors manufactured by The Combination Door Company, Fond du Lac, WI, and is not extended to other purchasers for resale. ALL CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES WHICH MAY ARISE FOR ANY REASON ARE HEREBY SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED. THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXTENDING BEYOND THE ONE-YEAR LIMITATION. Some states do not allow for the exclusion or limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty solely constitutes the full extent of The Combination Door Company's responsibility and is in lieu of all other express warranties.

The Combination Door Company warrants its doors to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase by builder or consumer. Such manufacturing defects include warpage exceeding one-fourth inch in the plane of the door, and splitting through the entire panel due to rain, poor weather, and other factors.

If such a defect exists, and provided written notice of claim is received by The Combination Door Company or the retailer who sold your door promptly after the defect becomes known to you, and within 1 (one) year from the date of purchase, The Combination Door Company will ship a replacement door of the same characteristic as originally furnished.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO:
o Failure to seal top and bottom of door if trimmed;
o Abuse or misuse of door;
o Damage caused by failure to properly finish the door (one coat of primer and two coats of exterior paint);
o Surface grain separation;
o Damages caused by attempts other than The Combination Door Company to repair the door;
o Natural variations in the color or texture of the wood;
o Bow or non-alignment in the frame or jamb in which the door is hung.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Where replacement is required pursuant to this warranty and the defective door or pattern has been discontinued or is unavailable in your locale, The Combination Door Company reserves the right to select and supply similar Combination Door Company replacement material. Otherwise, the same Combination Door Company material will be supplied for replacement purposes. Should only the door blank be defective, the sash and screen inserts will not be replaced, only the door blank itself.

If you believe you have a defective product and want to make a claim under this warranty, please take the following steps:
1. Contact the retailer that sold your door.
2. If corrective measures are not undertaken properly, contact:
