The stiles are made of 3–7/16" engineered wood and a 5/8" maple cap. HIGH DEFINITION To produce the highest definition woodgrain fiberglass doors, it starts with high quality fiberglass that is transformed using our unique NVD Technology. Our skins have a minimum thickness of 0.09" to 0.175" to accommodate inlays and routed designs. PERFORMANCE All of our doors are insulated with high density, CFC free, polyurethane foam. Our formula improves energy efficiency & sound abatement. CONSTRUCTION Doors are constructed using rot resistant composite top and bottom rails.
